Public services provider Amey is expanding its offices at Colmore Plaza to accommodate the specialist project team that will deliver the £2.7bn Birmingham Highways PFI.
The company has taken an additional 6,098 sq ft on the third floor to accommodate the 80-strong project team.
Amey is already the largest occupier of Colmore Plaza.
The company took floors four and five for its International Design Hub in one of the biggest office deals signed last year.
